Tank Artists.

Last season the Philadelphia Seventy-Sixers won their first playoff series since 2012. While watching this as a fan, the topic of tanking pops into my mind. This team has been blatantly tanking since they parted ways with Andre Iguodala 6 years ago. And all of the sudden, last season they made it to the second round of the NBA playoffs. They finished the regular season at 3th in the east, they are home to two 1st and two 3rd overall picks, all from the last 4 drafts. They are the 4th youngest team in the league. It brings up the question of Does tanking really work? And I think we can all agree that it does, or at least it is for this team. As this season is about to get underway, one can only wonder if their years of tanking will continue to yield success.
